REFUND POLICY

Start Fasting Mobile Application

This Refund Policy governs refunds for digital services provided through the Start Fasting mobile application (the “Application”), operated by HOBI SOLUTIONS LTD.


1. Scope

1.1 This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of premium features and services made through the Application.

1.2 By completing a purchase, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood this Refund Policy.


2. One-Time Payment Model

2.1 The Application operates exclusively on a one-time payment model.

2.2 Users purchase time-limited access to premium features (“Premium Access”) for a fixed duration (for example, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days).

2.3 The Application does not offer subscription-based services, recurring billing, or automatic renewals.

2.4 Upon expiration of the purchased period, Premium Access ends automatically unless the User chooses to purchase a new premium package.


3. Immediate Performance of Digital Services

3.1 Premium Access is activated immediately upon successful payment.

3.2 By completing a purchase, the User expressly agrees that:

  • the digital service begins immediately upon payment; and

  • once access has been granted, the right to withdraw from or cancel the purchase is lost, except where required by applicable law.


4. No Refunds After Activation

4.1 All purchases are considered final once Premium Access has been activated.

4.2 Refunds are not provided, including but not limited to the following situations:

  • partial use of Premium Access;

  • unused time remaining within the purchased period;

  • early termination by the User;

  • change of mind after purchase.

4.3 Partial refunds are not available under any circumstances.


5. Exceptional Circumstances and Refund Requests

5.1 While the Application operates on a strict one-time payment model and refunds are generally not provided once Premium Access has been activated, the Company understands that exceptional situations may occur.

5.2 If a User believes that they are entitled to a refund due to exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • unauthorized or fraudulent use of a payment method (for example, stolen card use);

  • accidental purchase caused by a third party;

  • technical errors directly attributable to the Company,

the User may submit a refund request by contacting refund@start-fasting.com.

5.3 Refund requests must include a clear explanation of the circumstances and any relevant supporting evidence. Requests submitted without sufficient justification or documentation may be rejected.

5.4 All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The decision to grant or deny a refund is made solely at the discretion of HOBI SOLUTIONS LTD.

5.5 Any refund granted under this section is provided strictly as a gesture of goodwill, does not constitute an admission of liability, and does not create a precedent or obligation to provide refunds in future cases.


6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

6.1 Users are encouraged to contact the Company directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.

6.2 Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • immediate termination of Premium Access and/or user account; and

  • recovery of associated costs where permitted by applicable law.
